This is a full-time position with a schedule of
three 11-hour shifts per week, totaling
six shifts every two-week pay period.
As our Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - PA, you'll evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, manage chronic condition follow-ups, and address clinical questions, test results, and medication refill requests through the electronic health record. Working alongside supportive physician colleagues, you'll combine independent practice with teamwork to deliver timely, high-quality care that makes a meaningful difference.
To do this, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- National certification appropriate to training and specialty
- Comfortable using an electronic health record to manage patient and caregiver communications, results, medication refill workflows, documentation, and team-based care tasks
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, organizational ability, and commitment to patient-centered, age-friendly care
- Ability to work independently within scope of practice while collaborating effectively with supervising or collaborating physicians and the broader care team
Geriatrics, internal medicine, or urgent care experience is preferred.
