You can please email the resumes to [redacted] or call Varma at [redacted] or [redacted] for any questions Role 1 - Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer - Onsite Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite / Hybrid option) and NJ Duration - Six plus month • Experience Required: Minimum - 3+ years Key Responsibilities Journey Design & Development • Build and configure customer journeys and campaigns in AJO (email, SMS, push, in-app). • Implement journey orchestration rules, decision management, and audience targeting logic. • Develop custom actions and events for real-time personalization. Integration & Data Management • Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data ingestion, segmentation, and activation. • Ensure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and XDM schema integrity. • Manage API-based integrations (REST, JSON, Webhooks) and troubleshoot data flows. Analytics & Optimization • Use Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and AEP datasets to optimize campaigns. • Configure reports, dashboards, and visualizations for performance tracking. Compliance & Governance • Ensure data governance, consent management, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, data engineering, and creative teams to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming).
