Full Job Description
What you will do
  • Own Revive's core accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end close, and disciplined financial controls across the business
  • Maintain the integrity of the Company's financial records, including the general ledger, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and accounting documentation
  • Partner with leadership to provide accurate financial reporting and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Design, improve, and standardize accounting processes, controls, and workflows that allow the finance organization to scale with the business
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve financial systems, reporting infrastructure, integrations, and workflow automation
  • Leverage AI and modern finance technologies to automate repetitive work, improve accuracy, accelerate financial processes, and increase operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax professionals, banking partners, and other financial service providers
  • Exercise independent judgment in researching, resolving, and documenting complex accounting matters while continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen Revive's financial operations

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Irvine, CA)
