What You'll Do:- Support revenue recognition, internal controls, and management reporting in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies
- Analyze inventory usage and purchasing variances; partner closely with Operations to identify root causes
- Reconcile inventory subledger to the general ledger and recommend COGS adjustments as needed
- Prepare period cost reserves, excess & obsolete (E&O) analyses, and related journal entries
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and prepare quarterly financial variance explanations
- Lead and participate in quarterly and annual audits, tax packs, surveys, and physical inventory counts
- Contribute to special projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and profitability
What You Need:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation and analysis
- Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and internal controls
- Familiarity with government contract compliance, FAR, and CAS regulations (preferred)
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint, TM1, and OneStream (a plus)
- U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access and work restrictions

Salary Range: $77,900.00-$103,800.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
