What You'll Do:
  • Drive day-to-day development and execution of PR and marketing communications programs across client accounts, contributing to ideas, strategy, execution, measurement and reporting.
  • Be a storyteller and culture-spotter-identifying timely, relevant opportunities and developing earned media programs that put brands at the center of conversations.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with journalists, influencers and creators across traditional, digital and emerging media; develop compelling pitches and story angles that drive high-impact coverage.
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day client partner, providing thoughtful counsel and helping manage priorities, presentations, timelines and deliverables.
  • Be an active voice in creative and integrated brainstorms, bringing fresh, unexpected ideas and an earned-first perspective to campaigns, launches, partnerships, events and cultural moments.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and growth opportunities, jumping in wherever needed-from research and ideation to storytelling, media strategy and pitch presentations.

What You Bring:
  • 5-8 years of public relations experience, preferably within a PR agency or integrated marketing communications agency.
  • A strong storyteller with a proven ability to turn brand priorities, insights and cultural moments into compelling PR ideas and earned media opportunities.
  • Strong relationships with media, plus a current understanding of how stories move across traditional, digital and emerging platforms.
  • A strategic and creative thinker who is comfortable leading or contributing to brainstorms and developing integrated programs that connect PR to broader marketing objectives.
  • Confident client communicator with strong writing and presentation skills and the judgment to provide thoughtful, proactive counsel.
