Job Description:
Gotham is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our fast paced, production heavy, beauty account team. The Account Supervisor is a highly motivated account management professional, who is extremely organized and thrives in an environment where expectations are high, and timelines are short. A passion for beauty, an innate interest in digital content and the social media landscape, along with proven expertise in building client relationships and managing small nimble teams, are just some of the markers of success in this exciting role!

What you'll do:Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships established on mutual trust and respect
Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business and industry, becoming the "subject matter expert", and lead internal teams in understanding this information
Effectively challenge the client for clear direction on objectives and strategies when appropriate, and present the agency's recommendations and point-of-views accordingly
Provide clear and logical direction to internal account, creative, and production teams; efficiently manage agency resources and personnel
Understand the production budget per project and work within parameters to deliver on client expectations
Manage challenging situations both internally and with the client; proactively plan to avoid crisis situations, and should they develop, report and discuss them with management in a timely manner
Maintain a sense of teamwork among agency staff assigned to account
Train and develop direct reports to grow within the agency

What we're looking for:6+ years of advertising industry experience with a clear understanding of agency processes that include creative, production, strategy, finance, etc.
Previous experience training and managing direct reports is a must
Successful experience working on campaign productions, inclusive of planning, set management, and post-production
Previous experience with social media and/or content shooting is a plus
Ability to confidently handle multiple projects, and manage deliverables, deadlines, and budgets on a steady basis
Demonstrated client management and negotiation skills
Genuine initiative and willingness to assume greater responsibilities
Strong leadership potential, especially as it pertains to being able to guide and motivate others

The salary range for this position is $110,000-120,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
