Position OverviewThe Account Manager owns the health, retention, and growth of a portfolio of Choice Digital clients - from the moment a new client signs through every renewal and expansion that follows.
Reporting to the Director, Account Management, you'll be accountable for client onboardings end to end, serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for your accounts, and keep a close read on client health so risks surface early and get solved. You'll also be responsible for growing your book: identifying where clients would benefit from additional products, programs, or payment channels, and partnering cross-functionally to bring those opportunities to close.
Success here looks like deep knowledge of a defined set of accounts, disciplined follow-through, and expansion revenue that comes from genuinely solving more of the client's problems - not from cold outreach.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
