Full Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive to generate revenue by winning new business and growing relationships across our target markets. Direct sales are central to how we bring Xapien's value to the organisations that need it most, and this role is focused on identifying the right prospects, building trust, and closing meaningful deals. You will manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification through to demonstration, commercial negotiation, and contract close. While you will be integrated into the broader Go-to-Market team, you will take clear personal ownership of your pipeline and quota, driving new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across your assigned territory or vertical. With the broader support of Marketing, Solutions, and Partnerships, you will act as the primary commercial relationship owner for your prospects and customers ensuring opportunities are effectively qualified, progressed, and won. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in consultative selling environments and enjoys engaging senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful growth.
