Full Job Description
The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a customer portfolio that allows for the positive presentation of Securitas Technology product and services while generating profitable returns for the organization. This role will focus on generating, creating, and closing new customer sales opportunities, assisting in the retention of existing clients, and fostering business relationships that are mutually beneficial while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and closing active and potential client sales opportunities in an organized and diligent manner within a given territory, vertical market, and/or product group.
  • Visiting clients/client sites, analyzing client needs, proposing innovative system solutions that exceed client expectations, and performing equipment demonstrations where required
  • Preparing professional sales proposals, delivering exceptional sales presentations, and responding to tenders/bids as required using assigned guidelines
  • Following-up on all sales proposals to positively influence the decision-makers
  • Responding to customer concerns in a professional and timely fashion with a "Customer First" attitude
  • Maintaining and fostering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and customer service lifecycle insuring a positive, and on-going business partnership with Stanley Security Solutions
  • Participating in sales meetings, product knowledge and job training sessions
  • Recommending and participating in industry specific trade shows
  • Preparing sales plans and forecasts that accurately represent your engagement in the local market
  • Preparing/submitting any necessary paperwork for the efficient processing of sales orders
  • Submitting accurate reports as required/requested in a timely fashion
  • Developing marketing aids, such as mailers or others, to assist in the promotion and sale of Stanley Security Solutions products and services
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested from time to time


Qualifications:

  • University degree/college diploma in a related field
  • Strong IT knowledge or related vertical knowledge within the security marketplace
  • 5 years of demonstrated top performance B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively position and close value and solutions sales
  • Highly motivated, professional, and energetic
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM tools a definite asset.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel outside of assigned territory from time to time as required
