In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to help sell our consulting services. Responsibilities:
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills for continually building rapport and overcoming objections with new and existing accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities for our CRM group by analyzing and proactively targeting high-value needs across multiple functions and business lines
  • Expand and close sales across enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Ability to schedule and attend in-person meetings with clients and prospects
  • Actively participate in training and educational opportunities to improve and broaden job related skill sets and technical knowledge
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
  • Comfortable with cold calling techniques and various outreach methods
  • Target: o 6 prospecting meetings per week o 2 opportunities a month

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous experience selling IT services in one or more of the following workstreams an Account Executive or Account Management position o Content Services, Custom Development, Creative Services, SharePoint Services, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Marketing Services
  • Previously held and obtained a quarterly sales quota of $250,000+ (or annual quota of $1M+)
  • Experienced selling into brand name, enterprise level accounts
  • Manage, document, track, and report on revenue utilizing sales tools such as CRM or Salesforce
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience executing a complex, solution-based strategic sales process
  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) Degree in relevant field of expertise or related experience

Compensation & Benefits: $85,000-$105,000 + commission

- We are hiring for several different positions based on experience level and years of experience, a candidates salary level will be based on that criteria. Benefits include:
