Hiring for Day Shift!

Vacancy Status - We are currently recruiting to fill this open position.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Field Service Technician, you will be an onsite mobile technician, traveling within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) under the guidance of the Regional Product Support Manager to troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform retrofits and campaigns, and efficiently manage all computer-based reporting and job logistics, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations while supporting broader company objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    • Provide on-site technical and mechanical support at any location for customers and MCI/NF.
    • Assemble, organize, and maintain all required company reports.
    • Communicate openly and professionally with internal and external customers, management, and co-workers.
    • Investigate, identify, and report product issues, including those related to supplier components.
    • Assist with controlled testing of components and installations as directed by Management, Service Engineering.
    • Training will be provided to stay current with vehicle systems to deliver top-level OEM support for all coach and vendor components.
    • Identify and suggest improvements to technical bulletins, maintenance materials, and other technical publications.
    • Resolve customer problems or complaints efficiently and in a timely manner to support both customer and company interests.
    • Perform special assignments as required.
    • Other duties as assigned
