Full Job Description
We are looking for a client Partner - PADE Sector (Education) to join our growing team in the United States! Location: Hybrid (NYC/NJ, Dallas, Boston Preferred) Position Overview: The Client Partner is responsible for managing multiple strategic client accounts, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and partnering closely with delivery teams to drive client success. This role will be a key driver of growth, client satisfaction, and brand development for QualityAI within existing accounts. The Client Partner will work closely with client executives, partners, QualityAI Delivery, People & Talent, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and expand business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage targeted sales campaigns for national and international clients. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders through a deep understanding of their industry, business, and operations. - Manage customer relationships and take ownership of overall customer satisfaction and service delivery. - Identify improvement and optimization opportunities within existing accounts to drive quality, cost, and speed-to-market improvements. - Apply a solution-selling methodology to understand client business needs and position appropriate QualityAI services and solutions. - Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. - Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling. - Manage and author responses to client RFIs and RFPs. - Develop and present proposals, SOWs, and business solutions in collaboration with internal teams. - Partner closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful execution and continued client satisfaction. - Attend industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and build market presence. - Monitor account performance, revenue, profitability, and growth against established targets. - Maintain accurate opportunity and account information within Salesforce/CRM systems and ensure timely updates throughout the sales cycle. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field. - 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with significant experience in client/account management. - 5+ years of experience in a Client Partner, Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role. - Recent experience within Higher Education and/or Publishing. - 5+ years of relevant experience selling IT services, quality engineering services, consulting services, or technology solutions, primarily in the US market. - 10+ years of experience delivering technology/quality engineering services and managing client partnerships. - Proven track record of growing existing accounts and achieving revenue and profitability targets. - Strong understanding of client organizations, business processes, and decision-making structures. - Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings with business and technical stakeholders and effectively engage internal subject matter experts. - Experience developing SOWs, proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses. - Experience using industry-leading CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, to manage opportunities, accounts, pipelines, and workflows. - Ability to travel up to 25%.
