This co-op opportunity will have a 6 month duration starting January 2027.Available Disciplines- In-vitro Biology: Conduct experiments that reveal how potential medicines interact with human cells, taking the first crucial steps toward new treatments
- Medicinal Chemistry: Design and create entirely new molecules that could become tomorrow's blockbuster medicines, combining creativity with cutting-edge science

- Bioanalytics: Use state-of-the-art technology to measure and understand how medicines work in the human body, directly contributing to safer and more effective treatments
- Bioinformatics: Decode genomic data to understand disease mechanisms and identify new therapeutic targets, contributing to the era of precision medicine
- Machine Learning/AI: Build intelligent systems that could predict which drug candidates will succeed, revolutionizing how medicines are discovered and developed
- Drug Product Development: Shape the final form of medicines that patients receive, ensuring every pill, injection, or treatment delivers hope and healing with precision and safety
- Immunology (Analytical): Measure the body's immune responses to develop vaccines and immunotherapies that could prevent the next pandemic or cure autoimmune diseases

About YouBasic Qualifications: Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in:

Candidates must also meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
- Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $27 - 60 hourly. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
