We are seeking a compassionate and innovative physician leader to serve as our Community Palliative Care Medical Director, providing clinical expertise while advancing the growth of palliative care services across Central Massachusetts.
This position offers the rare opportunity to lead a respected community-based program in Leominster and develop a new program in Marlborough, creating lasting impact for patients, families, and care teams.

- Utilize Epic EMR and advanced technology tools that support efficient, coordinated care delivery.

Qualifications - Board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Care
- Completed Palliative Care Fellowship training
- Must hold a MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
