What you'll doAs a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. You will be responsible for managing project teams to hack Adobe's long-term growth. You might also lead independent initiatives. This position provides unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the path to unique operational and general management roles throughout the company.
What you need to succeed - 3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet or SaaS strategy
- Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon
- Ability to build 'outside-in' POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
- Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements
- Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching / mentoring
- Undergraduate and Master's degrees (MBA preferred)

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,200 -- $211,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $146,300 - $211,850
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
