Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one nursing care in patient's home.
Manage and monitor G-Tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator equipment.
Conduct patient assessments and personalized care plans.
Document nursing notes and care provided in a timely manner.
Attend ongoing training sessions and staff meetings where applicable.
Coordinate with healthcare teams and family members regarding patient care.

Job Details:
1:1 Nursing in patient's home
10yr old with G-Tube, Tracheostomy, Ventilator
Flexible scheduling (Full-time, part-time, & per diem cases available nearby)
Patient-specific training provided
Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)
Available Shifts: Weekday/ Weekend Overnights (FLEXIBLE)
Sunday to Thursday: (11:00PM - 7:00AM)
Requirements:
