Full Job Description
Workers' Compensation and Medicare Attorneywith 1 to 4 years of experience to join our growing Medicare Compliance group within our Workers' Compensation Department. This position can work from either the Philadelphia or King of Prussia office.

The Opportunity

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Consulting with employers, adjusters and attorneys on Medicare issues relative to workers' compensation cases and all areas of defense litigation.
  • Educating clients on proper handling of Medicare set-asides.
  • Providing guidance to our attorneys on best practices and strategies to achieve desired case resolution results, including the use of structured settlements.

You will also be responsible for performing conditional payment searches, preparing Medicare submissions for set aside approval, and drafting Medicare language for settlement documents. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
