Full Job Description
Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 4 years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers' Compensation Department inOrlando, Florida.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims we litigate involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.

Your Development Matters

Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, you will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace.

Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued-and continuously refined-within our litigation groups.

In return, we offer:
  • A competitive salary
  • Multiple financial bonus opportunities throughout the year
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • The firm-funded Marshall Associate Advantage™ Lifestyle Account
  • Long-term stability and a clear future with the firm
