Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • Experience with Time Tracking and Absence management is a must. • 1-3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking • Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client Position Level Manager Country United States of America
