Job Description
Manages projects end to end from project planning through testing to delivery
to ensure a successful end-user experience for all new deployments and on-
going maintenance of Workday.
Manage, analyze & troubleshoot case management tickets for all core HCM,
Compensation, or other business process related issues.
Collaborate with field HR and functional Centers of Expertise to understand and
translate business requirements into formal configuration requirements
documentation.
Effectively uses process analysis and documentation methodologies, tools and
standards to assess and deploy new/reconfigured functionality.
Analysis and management of Workday updates (including weekly
fixes/enhancements) and recommendations to Workday roadmap, including
development & execution of test plans.
Creation and review of HR Technology, field HR and Payroll audit requirements
reports and process.
Manage maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure documentation for HR
Technology Team and Administrators and blueprint configuration
documentation.
Partner with HR Technology counterparts, including Sr. User Experience
Specialist, on creation of content for Quick Reference Guides and training
materials.
Create, review & load mass updates to data (EIBs).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance,
information systems, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in HR systems within a
corporate environment.
1+ years of experience specifically with Workday HCM & Compensation
configuration is preferred.
