Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

Seeking experienced Workday Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Workday Lead or Solutions Architect who can provide expert support in at least one of the areas below.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations as a Lead or Solutions Architect in one or more of the below:
    • Core HR
    • Recruiting
    • Compensation
    • Benefits
    • Performance Management
    • Learning
  • Solutions Architecture & Strategic Design: Translate complex business and HR requirements into scalable Workday blueprints. Evaluate the downstream impacts of design choices across security structures, organizational organizations, and cross-functional modules.
  • Hands-On Advanced Configuration: Perform end-to-end, hands-on configuration within the Workday tenant for one or more core modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, or Performance Management). This includes complex Business Process (BP) routing, condition rules, validation criteria, custom notifications, and security groups.
  • Cross-Functional & Integration Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Technical Team to ensure functional configuration seamlessly aligns with inbound/outbound integration requirements, custom reports, and data conversion mapping.
  • Deployment Support: Assist the project team in planning and executing a smooth deployment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years minimum experience in one or more areas listed above
  • 5+ full-cycle implementations completed
  • Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required
  • Active Workday Certification(s)

Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience in Government implementations
  • Active Security Clearance
  • Local to the DC, Maryland, Northern VA (DMV) area
