· Establish program governance, decision forums, status reporting, escalation paths, quality controls, and documentation standards appropriate to the engagement.
· Drive cross-functional coordination across Workday functional workstreams, integrations, data conversion, security, reporting, testing, change management, training, cutover, deployment, and support.
· Partner with client sponsors and program leaders to clarify priorities, resolve decisions, manage expectations, and maintain alignment to business outcomes.
· Maintain active management of risks, actions, issues, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies, with clear owners, target dates, mitigation plans, and escalation when progress stalls.
· Monitor delivery health and take timely corrective action to protect scope, schedule, quality, budget, team sustainability, and client satisfaction.
· Own the management of client and engagement financials, including budget planning, revenue and cost forecasting, staffing and utilization, margin performance, invoicing, change control, commercial tracking, variance analysis, and timely corrective action.
· Plan and facilitate executive steering committees, program leadership meetings, status reviews, and working sessions that result in clear decisions and actions.
· Coordinate release, testing, cutover, operational readiness, go-live, command-center, and stabilization activities using evidence-based entry and exit criteria.
· Ensure delivery methods, quality controls, security expectations, and contractual commitments are understood and followed across the engagement team.
· Lead, coach, and develop project managers and cross-functional team members while promoting collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and sustainable ways of working.
· Build trusted relationships with clients, Workday, ecosystem partners, third parties, and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery and future opportunities.
· Identify, qualify, and manage expansion and follow-on sales opportunities by understanding client priorities and unmet needs and partnering with account, sales, and practice leadership to shape solutions, estimates, proposals, staffing strategies, presentations, and the transition from sales to delivery.
· Maintain visibility into the sales opportunity pipeline, next steps, owners, dependencies, and risks, and support disciplined progression through applicable sales-stage governance.
· Capture lessons learned, reusable assets, and delivery insights that strengthen the Workday practice and improve future engagements.
