The Role

Addepar's People Technology team is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted by users.

While Workday is our core platform, this role will flex across our entire People Technology stack, including our Talent Acquisition systems (like Greenhouse) and other HR tools.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $88,000 - $138,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

What You'll Do
  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders (like HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance) to map current processes, translate needs into clear, testable technical requirements, and document them precisely
  • Project Leadership: Run the end-to-end lifecycle across planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure to deliver on scope, time, and quality
  • Technology Partnership: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within our People Technology stack (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), acting as a key partner to stakeholder groups like Talent Acquisition.
  • Testing and Documentation: Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability and produce concise user guides that support adoption
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver crisp status updates and launch communications that keep teams aligned on progress, decisions, and milestones
  • Systems Support: Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across our People Technology stack as needed, with a focus on accuracy and auditability
