BCBA - Woodbridge, VA | Hybrid

We're looking for a BCBA to join our Woodbridge, VA team in a hybrid role that combines in-person clinical work with the flexibility of remote work.

FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

Choose the structure that works best for you:
  • Full-Time Salaried: $90K-$110K+
  • Full-Time Hourly: $85-$100/hour
  • Part-Time: $85-$100/hour
  • Flexible scheduling

BONUS OPPORTUNITIES
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Up to $12,000 in additional bonus opportunities

What We're Looking For
  • Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Virginia BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!)
  • Ability to provide in-person services within the Woodbridge area
