Responsibilities

Requirements/Preferred Experience:
SRSMG is seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OBGYN Department at SRS San Diego Main
Minimum two (2) years of full-time NP/PA experience in women's health required
Five (5)+ years of women's health experience preferred
Experience performing initial OB visits and first trimester ultrasounds required
Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license required
Current board certification in applicable specialty required
Comfortable practicing independently in an outpatient OBGYN setting
Position Details:
Full-time, salaried 1.0FTE position located at the SRS San Diego Main clinic
Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm at 1.0FTE including a one-hour lunch break
100% outpatient - no after-hour call / no inpatient work / no weekends
OB: initial and follow-up OB visits, first-trimester ultrasounds, and interpretation of non-stress tests (NSTs)
GYN: well woman exams, pap smears, pelvic and cervical exams, IUD and Nexplanon insertions, and in-office endometrial biopsies
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
