Requirements/Preferred Experience:
SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urology Division
Minimum two (2) years of full-time NP/PA experience in a urology setting required
Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license required
Current board certification in applicable specialty required
Comfortable practicing independently
Position Details:
Full-time, salaried 1.0FTE position with 2 openings available at SRS Otay Ranch and SRS Scripps Ranch clinics
Option of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm OR 4 10-hour days schedule (one hour for lunch)
100% outpatient - no after-hour call / no inpatient work / no weekends

Manage established patients with long-term and chronic urologic conditions, including enlarged prostate/BPH, urologic cancers, and kidney stones
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
