Job Description
(U) The candidate will join a team of engineers designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Windows CNO capabilities in support of the Customer's mission requirements.
Requirements
• (U) Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of experience OR minimum ten (10) years of experience in relevant field,
• (U) Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python,
• (U//FOUO) Minimum seven (7) years of experience developing in one (1) or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
• (U) Minimum six (6) years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques,
• (U) Minimum five (5) years of experience managing and supervising teams in support of Government CNO capability development,
• (U) Minimum five (5) years of experience programming CNO tools for the US Government,
• (U//FOUO) Minimum four (4) years of experience programming techniques to evade host and/or network-based IDS, and
• (U) Minimum four (4) years' experience in network sockets programming and application-level protocols.
Specialized Qualifications:
• (U) Experience with designing and writing code in C++ along with Python,
• (U) Experience reading or writing assembly (x86, x64, ARM, PPC, MIPS, SPAC, or others),
• (U) Experience with debuggers such as WinDbg,
• (U) Experience with reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro, HexRays, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, or objdump,
• (U) Understanding of Windows internals,
• (U) Understanding of network protocols and sockets, OS internals, common CNO techniques, exploitation mitigations such as DEP and ASLR, and modern software engineering concepts,
• (U) Experience with project management best practices such as Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and
• (U) Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) along with understanding of basic configuration management principles.
