Why this role matters now:
We have aggressive growth goals for the West, and commercial construction is central to that plan.
You will have real authority to shape strategy, priorities, and team structure. You will work alongside operators who own results and expect sales to drive the business, not report on it.

- Bring product and service experts into pursuits so customers see the full value of our offering.
- Executive reporting and accountability.
- Present commercial results, actions, and outlook in the monthly Regional MOR to the CEO and CFO.
