Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in leading large-scale website redesign projects
• Familiarity with government or public-sector website requirements
• Proficient in CMS platforms like Drupal and content migration processes
• Understanding of ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and redevelopment of the government website with external vendors
• Coordinate the content strategy, migration, and approval processes
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards throughout the project
• Manage website testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
• Develop governance processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, IT, and legal/compliance teams
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
