About the job
The Web Experience team is looking for a UX Designer who will design and improve accessible, effective digital experiences across SAS web properties. The role combines UX strategy, Figma-based design, research, content management system knowledge, and close collaboration with content, web development, analytics, brand, and business stakeholders.
As a UX Designer, Web Experience you will:
Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and digital experience requirements.

Required qualifications
Requires five or more years of experience in user experience design, web design, interaction design, digital product design, or a related discipline.
Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, user experience design, interaction design, graphic design, digital media, computer science, information architecture, cognitive science, web design, or a related field.
Experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services, enterprise web environments, accessibility standards, design systems, and AI-supported work practices is strongly preferred.
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Experience working with modern content management systems and component-based web architectures, preferably Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, semantic markup, and modern web development practices.
Practical experience using AI tools to support day-to-day UX work, along with sound judgment about when human review is required.
