Job Requirements
Skills- We are seeking a passionate, organized and process-oriented team player with more than ten (10) years of IT experience. Must be highly motivated and driven to improve or simplify processes to meet customer requirements.

- He or she specializes in executing best practices and methods of how to leverage Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, and SharePoint (Flankspeed) to make project
- Must be able to leverage the integration between SharePoint Online, Power BI and Microsoft Teams to aid collaboration.
- Must be able to create a dedicated Teams channels for each of your projects and link it to the corresponding SharePoint site, keeping collaboration and communication within the Teams app.
- Candidate will ensure that realistic testing and customer feedback are integrated into the development process.
- Specializes in implementing advanced tools for managing the government's mission-specific workload, including applications for funding and benefits, investigation and inspection, adjudication, and enforcement.
- Act as Task Lead to support needs assessment, analyses, strategy and performance planning, and process review.
- Will conduct robust User Research to identify pain points and challenges with existing processes and systems.
- Will collaborate with you, stakeholders, and partners to identify and test the best opportunities to improve the case flow processes, speed, quality, and outcomes.
- Will be responsible for applying an integrated approach to Change Management to ensure the right solution is being built and that stakeholders are ready for (and eager participants in) the change.
- Develops solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and polices are applied.
