Responsibilities:
Work directly with software leads and users to design and implement new web-based interfaces and/or services
Provide operations and maintenance support to existing legacy applications developed in .NET.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current and active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance in good standing
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in web development, with experience in:
Proficiency in using Oracle SQL
Familiarity with PL/SQL
Experience in ASP.NET frameworks
Platforms/ Architecture styles such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular Material UI components
Development Process and Tools such as Angular (v2-12) Single Page Web Applications using node.js and TypeScript
C# (WCF or WebAPI a plus)
Proficiency in using MVC patterns
Great understanding of APIs and REST Web Services
3 or more years of experience developing and/or deploying software in high side environments
Direct experience using secure authentication technologies like SAML and OIDC in a government setting
Experience building and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Able to plan strategically and organize work within sprints.
Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly.
Desired:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3 or more years of experience integrating relational data with user-facing applications
Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.
Experience with HighVIEW
Experience using JIRA and/or Confluence

$120,800 - $265,800
