• Execute on four proven growth strategies in your market, each supplied and funded by the firm and each supported by its own training program.
• Convert firm-supplied opportunities into funded, lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and serve as the Soltis representative to the Fidelity branches your office covers.
• Host a minimum of six client and prospect events each year, with the campaign, content, venue support and follow-up systems supplied by the firm.
• Maintain strong client retention by delivering responsive service, cultivating trusted relationships, and conducting regular portfolio reviews.

• Established in the local market, with community ties and professional relationships to build on.
• Willingness to travel, including an initial onboarding and training program at our corporate offices in St. George, Utah, and periodic return visits thereafter.

Our Investment in You
We support our advisors with meaningful opportunities and resources, including:
• A three-person office. You, an Analyst, and a Client Relationship Manager, so that proposal work, client servicing, paperwork, cashiering and scheduling are handled around you.
• Firm-supplied lead flow. Four proven growth strategies, funded and operated by the firm, rather than a cold-calling list.
• A structured first year. Month one covers our platform, technology, process and compliance. The growth strategies then come online one at a time, so you are never asked to learn everything at once.
• Soltis University. Our internal learning platform, with continuing education and ongoing training throughout your career here.
• Office space provided. Your office opens in a professional executive suite and converts to permanent space as the market grows.
• Home-office support. The investment management, financial planning, operations, compliance and marketing resources of a $14 billion firm.
• Mentorship and career development support.
• A flexible, collaborative work culture.
• A commitment to supporting work-life balance.
Compensation and Benefits
We pay a base salary while you build, and you move to uncapped variable compensation as your practice grows. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
• Base salary: A competitive base salary, paid from your first day.
• Variable compensation: A share of the gross revenue your client relationships produce.
• Total compensation: Competitive with market rates and market expectations for the role and your market.
