Please review the following job description:The Wealth Brokerage Onboarding and Transition Manager will report to the Truist Wealth Onboarding Manager and is responsible developing and managing the on-site execution of an onboarding event to maximize the profitability of the Firm's investment in a newly-recruited Financial Advisor or team. Also develop and train Wealth Brokerage Onboarding and Transition Specialists to assist newly-recruited Financial Advisors or teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage the operational aspects of transitioning the business to include coordinating the activities of key individuals within the organization.
2. Serve as the Project Manager during the onboarding event and assume responsibility for all troubleshooting and action items. This may include working with other firms.
3. Ensure that all activities surrounding that onboarding event support established industry protocols and minimize the risk of potential litigation from the Financial Advisor's prior firm.
4. Manage and develop Wealth Brokerage Onboarding and Transition Specialists along with any additional home office staff that may be deployed to support the onsite event.
5. Track the progress of asset acquisition, client documentation and adjust strategies as needed throughout the transition. A typical timeframe is 3 months.
6. Coordinate and execute recruiting visits to the home office for prospective Financial Advisors. Identify key partners and develop an itinerary that maximizes the likelihood of securing commitment from the Financial Advisor.
7. Develop and document of all operational processes relating to the onboarding program. Establish training materials that will assist the Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates during and after their transition.
8. Maintains "living documents" for onboarding events and recruit visits.
9. Provides onsite support during transitions. (1-7 weeks at a time, including nights and weekends)
10. Help develop and deliver ad hoc trainings for systems and procedures as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training
2. Five years of broker/dealer or financial services industry experience. Strong understanding of retail brokerage products, services, operations and systems.
3. FINRA SIE, 7, 66, 24 examinations (or ability to acquire within 120 days of employment)
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Must be able to prioritize tasks, reprioritize tasks and work well under intense pressure
7. Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products; knowledge of brokerage systems would be a plus
8. Ability to do extensive travel, 1-7 weeks at a time, including weekends
