Water/Wastewater Engineers to join our
Water Team in
Wilmington, DE, where you will help lead the planning and design of innovative water and wastewater systems while also supporting sewer assessment and rehabilitation programs that extend the life and performance of critical infrastructure. You'll contribute technical insight, mentor emerging engineers, and play an integral role in delivering resilient, community-focused solutions that make a lasting impact.
What You'll Do:- Lead the technical execution of complex engineering designs, technical reports, and specifications for water, wastewater, and sewer infrastructure
- Provide expert consultation and resolve highly complex technical issues in various areas of water, wastewater, and sewer systems
- Lead advanced technical projects, collaborating with other engineering departments and project management staff to deliver sustainable solutions
- Develop and manage discipline work plans aligned with project milestones, ensuring projects are completed within budget and scheduling restraints
- Guide and mentor junior engineering staff, including providing technical reviews and support
- Deliver technical development of proposals and external presentations to clients, public, and regulatory agencies
What You Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
- Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices
- Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:$110,000 - $130,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
