The Warehouse Operation Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations for Plant 2, including receiving, inventory management, material storage, material movement, shipping, and employee leadership. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the warehouse while supporting production and customer requirements. The Warehouse Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain inventory accuracy, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations- Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, picking, shipping, and cycle counting.
- Ensure material availability to support production schedules and customer commitments.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and transaction discipline.
- Develop and implement warehouse best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and on-time delivery.
Leadership & People Management- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse personnel.
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability throughout the organization.
- Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and a continuous improvement culture.
- Support recruiting, training, workforce planning, and succession development activities.
Safety & Compliance- Ensure full compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture through active leadership and continuous monitoring.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions related to safety incidents and near misses.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve material flow, space utilization, productivity, and service levels.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for operational issues.
- Partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality teams to support plant objectives.
Systems & Reporting- Utilize SAP to manage inventory transactions, reporting, warehouse controls, and material movements.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and dashboards.
- Prepare and present warehouse performance reviews and improvement plans to leadership.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing operations leadership.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Experience with warehouse productivity and inventory management systems.
- Experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
