Warehouse Manager to lead our Middle River, MD warehouse operation. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can build a strong team, keep operations running safely and efficiently, maintain inventory accuracy, and continuously improve how work gets done.

leading people, solving operational challenges, and taking ownership of results. What You'll Do- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, fulfillment, and returns.
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable while building a positive, high-performing culture.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, FIFO practices, and strong inventory controls.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and transportation partners.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Oversee facility operations, equipment, vehicles, security, and space utilization.
- Manage site budgets, labor planning, productivity, cost controls, and P&L responsibilities.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Purchasing, Finance, and other warehouse locations to support customer and business needs.
- Use operational data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve performance.
What You'll Bring- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or similar operational environment.
- Experience with logistics, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive accountability while creating a collaborative team environment.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Excel, and general office software.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or inventory control.
- Experience with WMS, logistics platforms, or inventory management systems.
- Supply chain-related certification such as CLTD, CPDW, or a related credential.
- Experience using operational data to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance.
Compensation The anticipated pay range for this position is
$95,000 - $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
