Full Job Description
This role sits within ICONIQ's Corporate organization, where we partner across functions to drive operational excellence and innovation firmwide. As a senior technology leader, you will shape how data, automation, and emerging technologies are used to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and scale impact across the business.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with Corporate leaders and Technology teams to define and execute a multi-year technology and data strategy aligned with firm priorities
  • Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions with clear impact and return on investment
  • Lead the implementation of tools and platforms focused on automation, artificial intelligence, and data enablement
  • Drive standardization and simplification across Corporate processes to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Build and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure adoption of new solutions
  • Develop frameworks to turn data into actionable insights, dashboards, and decision-making tools
  • Champion a technology-forward mindset and help teams understand and embrace change
  • Strengthen how data is captured, organized, and used across Corporate functions


Ideal Candidate Background:
  • 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, or consulting, ideally within financial services or related industries
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that leverage technology to solve complex business challenges
  • Experience partnering with Corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, or Operations
  • Strong understanding of modern data, automation, and analytics tools (such as data platforms, customer systems, and business intelligence tools)
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect technical and business audiences
  • Collaborative mindset with curiosity and a passion for innovation
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and technologies is a plus; we value individuals who are excited about using technology to improve how work gets done

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco or New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000.00-250,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
