Full Job Description
Who are we hiring:
The Vice President, Technology Transformation & Delivery leads enterprise technology project execution, business process transformation, and organizational change management. Reporting to the SVP, Technology, this executive builds and leads a high-performing organization of Technology Project Managers, Technology Business Analysts, and Process Engineers.
This is not a traditional project management leadership role. The successful candidate will bring a clear and compelling vision for how a technology delivery organization should operate, combining disciplined execution with innovation, business transformation, and continuous improvement. Successful technology investments require more than delivering projects on time and within budget; they require fundamentally improving how the business operates, how employees work, and how technology enables measurable business outcomes.
The Vice President will be equally comfortable advising C-suite executives, challenging established business processes, leading complex enterprise technology programs, and developing the next generation of technology delivery leaders.
What will you do?
Technology Delivery Strategy & Leadership
• Establish and execute a forward-looking vision for enterprise technology project management and delivery, building a scalable and accountable delivery organization that supports live entertainment, professional sporting events, and corporate operational environments.
• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, capacity management, and resource utilization strategy, with clear accountability for project outcomes, financial performance, and business value realization.
• Develop high-performing leaders and teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.
Business Transformation & Process Engineering
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership in identifying and delivering business transformation opportunities, challenging legacy operating models, inefficient workflows, and unnecessary organizational complexity.
• Lead Process Engineers responsible for evaluating, redesigning, standardizing, and optimizing business processes, applying process engineering, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Establish methodologies for current-state assessment, future-state design, process documentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring initiatives are grounded in well-defined business outcomes rather than automating existing inefficiencies.
• Develop business cases that quantify operational improvements, cost reductions, productivity gains, and strategic benefits.
Organizational Change Management
• Establish organizational change management as a core capability of the technology delivery organization, with comprehensive strategies for stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and organizational readiness.
• Partner with business executives to navigate complex changes affecting people, processes, technology, and organizational structures, anticipating and addressing resistance while building alignment among diverse stakeholders during periods of significant organizational transformation.
• Embed measurable adoption and change-readiness criteria into project delivery and acceptance so transformations produce sustained improvements rather than temporary change.
Technology Business Analysis & Solution Alignment
• Lead Technology Business Analysts responsible for translating business objectives into actionable technology requirements and solutions, and establish standards for requirements gathering, business capability analysis, solution evaluation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure technology investments address underlying business needs, align with enterprise architecture and strategic priorities, and are evaluated on their ability to deliver measurable business value.
• Strengthen collaboration among business leaders, engineering, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external technology partners, improving the quality of business cases, functional requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria.
Enterprise Project & Portfolio Execution
• Provide executive oversight for a diverse portfolio of enterprise initiatives spanning business applications, infrastructure, data and analytics, automation, and operational technology.
• Establish effective mechanisms for managing scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation, and resolve cross-functional obstacles that threaten delivery commitments or business outcomes.
• Maintain consistent visibility into portfolio performance, financial exposure, delivery risks, and executive decision requirements, supported by disciplined vendor management and accountability for external implementation partners.
• Develop governance and prioritization practices that accommodate the distinct requirements of three publicly traded companies while identifying shared capabilities and economies of scale, maintaining financial controls, documentation, and governance consistent with public company expectations.
Innovation, Automation & Continuous Improvement
• Modernize project delivery through artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and emerging delivery methodologies, selectively introducing tools and practices that reduce administrative overhead and improve the productivity of project managers, analysts, and process engineers.
• Establish performance metrics that measure business outcomes, delivery predictability, resource effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?

• Demonstrated experience transforming enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM, CRM, ITSM, and financial systems.
• Deep understanding of project and portfolio management, business analysis, process engineering, and organizational change management, including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across complex organizations without relying solely on direct reporting authority.
• Strong financial acumen, including technology investment planning, business case development, budgeting, and value realization, with experience overseeing complex, multimillion-dollar technology portfolios and enterprise implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing technology professionals.
• Experience supporting multiple publicly traded companies, diversified enterprises, or complex shared-services environments.

• Primarily office-based at 2 Penn Plaza, New York, NY, with periodic presence required at venue and office locations across New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas. Evening and weekend availability is required periodically in support of live event operations and enterprise implementation cutover activities.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, and extended hours, inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
