Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL for complex data analysis.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Familiarity with quantitative workflows and experience working with quant teams is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is a plus.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, large-scale data processing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of analytics tools and APIs for quantitative and portfolio management.
• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable front-end UIs and high-performance back-end services.
• Collaborate with engineering, quant teams, and portfolio managers to define project scope and priorities.
• Translate quant and portfolio manager requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor peers while providing technical leadership.
• Take ownership of delivery, production reliability, and incident response.
