Full Job Description
Responsible for drafting, negotiating and maintaining documentation related to regulatory responses.
Requires expert knowledge of own function as well as knowledge of other functions. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement organizational growth. Understands the challenges facing the organization beyond own department. Develops solutions in partnership with other leaders to solve problems for their specific function. Problems are likely to be complex and impact immediate accountability, or the broader firm (next organizational level). Develops strategic plans for area of responsibility based on corporate strategy. Strategic decisions are critical to functional/area performance and likely have medium-term impact. Manages change and develops risk mitigation plans. Responsibilities may be regional or local rather than global. Translates strategy into medium-term focus strategy (2-4 years). Typically, M6 and/or M5 (director level) direct reports. Leadership and management skills with the ability to manage small to medium sized teams or departments.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$210,300.00-284,500.00 USD
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs.
