- Serve as the primary decision-maker for system capabilities, roadmap prioritization, governance standards, and future-state architecture direction.
- Prioritize enhancements, integrations, workflow automation, and process improvements based on business value, operational impact, risk, and strategic importance.
- Maintain a multi-year capability roadmap, define and maintain system governance, standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Lead-to-Cash Business Process Management
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process, including lead and opportunity management, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, professional services automation, billing and invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and customer account management.
- Ensure process consistency, scalability, and compliance across business functions.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, control, and customer experience.
ERP Data & Enterprise Operating Model- Oversee ERP functionality supporting finance, procurement, inventory, professional service automation, operational processes, data entry, and reporting.
- Ensure system capabilities, configurations, and data flows support evolving business requirements and a scalable enterprise operating model.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT leaders to optimize workflows, controls, and reporting capabilities, integrations, and data quality.
- Maintain strong data integrity, system controls, compliance readiness, business continuity practices across the enterprise system ecosystem.
Transformation, Automation & Future Capabilities- Define the future-state Lead-to-Cash operating model, including opportunities to apply AI, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent process design.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve decision velocity, increase scalability, and strengthen revenue operations.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to evaluate emerging capabilities and translate them into practical, governed, value-based investments.
- Ensure modernization efforts improve business speed, data quality, customer experience, operational resilience, and measurable enterprise value
Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery OversightAct as the liaison between executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities, decision rights, requirements, risks, tradeoffs, and system changes.
Lead governance forums and steering committee discussions focused on roadmap decisions, value realization, operational risk, and enterprise readiness.
Communicate system performance, roadmap progress, investment needs, project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Provide delivery oversight for major initiatives, upgrades, integrations, and automation while ensuring project execution remains clearly owned by delivery teams, vendors, product owners.
Governance, Reporting, Risk & Controls- Establish data governance standards across Lead-to-Cash platforms.
- Ensure accurate operational and financial reporting is available to support decision-making.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance and process effectiveness.
- Ensure systems meet security, compliance, segregation of duties, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
The base salary range for this position in is $170K-$220K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
