Responsibilities

• Lead Board activities and negotiations with key stakeholders and lenders.
• Prepare and present regular financial reporting to financial institutions and lenders.
• Support initiatives related to deal structuring, contract reviews, refinancing, and rebalancing.
• Coordinate governance matters for the Investment Vehicle's Board and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure business continuity and mitigate organizational risk during workforce changes.
• Maintain deal execution capacity in energy sectors like Battery and Hydrogen.
• Preserve asset value and governance credibility with external partners.
