The bank is adding a Vice President, Commercial Lender to its North Dallas team. You will join a group of lenders focused on business development and growing the market portfolio, reporting directly to a Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender.
What you'll do
Originate and grow a commercial loan portfolio across the DFW market
Lead with business development and networking, using your existing relationships and building new ones
Work alongside a senior lender in a collaborative, growth-focused team
Use dedicated local lending support, an in-house credit team, and a full treasury management platform to deliver complete solutions to clients
What you bring
5+ years as a Commercial Lender in the DFW market
Formal credit training (bank training programs qualify)
A strong, active network of business owners, investors, and referral sources
A real desire to build and own a portfolio
A plus: Though this bank has a strong CRE Background, they are open to all specializations. Lending backgrounds in healthcare or oil and gas will be of particular interest.
