As a Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas, you will develop, manage, and expand commercial banking relationships by providing lending solutions that help businesses and real estate clients achieve their goals. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, evaluate lending opportunities, and deliver responsive, relationship-focused service while maintaining the Bank's commitment to sound credit practices.

Qualifications Include:- Eight+ years of commercial banking experience required
- Commercial banking experience with a strong emphasis in commercial real estate lending required
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
