Vice President (VP) of Growth for Home Services & Trades

THE OPPORTUNITY

This isn't a traditional sales leadership role.

We don't need someone to inherit accounts, manage relationships or wait for inbound leads.

We need a builder. A hunter. A closer.

Someone who knows the home services industry from the inside. Someone who understands its operators, its economics, its challenges and, most importantly, its people.

Someone who can sit across from the CEO of a national HVAC platform, the president of a home warranty company or the operating partner of a private equity firm and have a conversation that matters.

Your mission: Make ContactPoint360 the outsourcing partner of choice for America's home services economy.

YOUR MARKET

You'll build relationships and win new business across:

• Home Warranty & Protection: Home warranty providers, service contract administrators, appliance protection and repair networks.

• HVAC & Plumbing: Residential heating, cooling, plumbing and drain-service operators.

• Roofing & Restoration: Roofing companies, water damage restoration and remediation businesses.

• Electrical & Garage Doors: Installation, maintenance and repair networks.

• Pest Control & Other Trades: Residential service companies with high-volume customer operations.

• National Home Services Platforms: Franchises, multi-location operators, aggregators and private-equity-backed businesses.

• Home Services Technology: Software platforms and technology-enabled service providers supporting the trades.

We're especially interested in businesses scaling across multiple markets, acquiring competitors or struggling to keep their operations ahead of growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE MARKET

We're not selling headcount.

We're helping businesses solve the operational problems that hold them back.

Our promise to clients is simple:

You take care of the homes. We'll help take care of everything behind the service.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

1. Build the relationships that build the business.

Develop direct relationships with founders, CEOs, presidents, COOs, chief customer officers, service operations leaders and private equity operating partners.

2. Win new logos.

Own the entire new-business sales cycle. From opening the first door to building the business case, negotiating the agreement and securing the signature.

3. Understand the industry better than anyone else.

Know the economics of the trades. Understand missed calls, booking conversion, technician utilization, seasonality, dispatch bottlenecks, labor costs and customer retention.

Turn those operational challenges into commercial opportunities.

4. Sell outcomes, not seats.

Show customers how outsourcing can help them capture more demand, serve more homeowners, support more technicians and scale efficiently.

5. Build an industry-leading pipeline.

Identify national platforms, emerging regional leaders and private-equity-backed operators. Develop strategic account plans and convert qualified opportunities into revenue.

6. Become our voice in the industry.

Build our presence across home services conferences, executive networks, industry associations and technology ecosystems.

WHO YOU ARE

You've already spent years in the U.S. home services ecosystem.

You know how the industry works. You understand who makes decisions. You have relationships that open doors.

And you've personally proven that you can turn those relationships into revenue.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales, business development or strategic partnerships experience.

• Meaningful commercial experience in home services, home warranty, residential trades or technology and service providers selling into those markets.

• A proven network of executive decision-makers across major U.S. home services organizations.

• Demonstrated experience winning new logos and closing complex, high-value B2B deals.

• The ability to navigate enterprise buying committees, procurement and commercial negotiations.

• Understanding of customer operations, dispatch, service delivery and the economics of home services businesses.

• A willingness to travel nationwide to build relationships and close business.

• The ownership mentality to build a market, not simply work a territory.

Experience that gets our attention:

Commercial leadership at a home services technology company, national home warranty provider, large HVAC/plumbing platform, industry-focused service provider or private-equity-backed home services business.

You don't necessarily need a background in BPO.

We can teach you our delivery capabilities. We can't manufacture ten years of industry credibility or trusted relationships.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 30 Days Establish Your Position

Build a strategic target-account list, activate existing executive relationships, establish a qualified pipeline and create our market-entry playbook.

First 3 Months - Win

Convert conversations into opportunities, proposals and initial signed clients. Build momentum across home warranty and multi-location home services operators.

First 6 Months - Scale

Deliver a meaningful portfolio of new logos, develop an expanding enterprise pipeline and establish ContactPoint360 as a credible industry partner.

Our performance scoreboard is clear:

New logos. New billable revenue. Repeatable growth.

We measure realized customer revenue-not inflated pipeline numbers, theoretical contract values or activity for activity's sake.

Because this is an opportunity to build, not inherit.

You'll have global delivery capabilities, executive sponsorship, technology resources and a commercial platform to support your growth.

You'll influence our market strategy, our partnerships, our solutions and our positioning across an industry with enormous operational needs.

Compensation: Competitive executive base salary plus uncapped, performance-driven incentives tied to new-business revenue.

Location: United States, remote with national travel.

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer.

ONE LAST THING

We aren't looking for the person with the longest résumé.

We're looking for someone with the relationships to open doors, the curiosity to understand customers, the discipline to build a business and the hunger to close.

The trades built America.

Help us build the operating engine behind them.

If you want to be the next CEO... we're not joking.

Our CEO started on the phones as a customer service agent. Around here, nothing is impossible when you lead with curiosity, kindness, and the right mindset.
