Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Lead for CPG in the USA

Organization: Capgemini Business Services, Intelligent Supply Chain Practice

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Vice President in the CPG sector to lead and grow our CPG based Supply Chain service business in the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, the sales and delivery of large Supply chain related, technology enabled, outsourced based supply chain services to deliver value to our CPG clients and revenue growth for our business.They will be inspirational leader with a proven ability to deliver complex transformation programmes, build high-performing teams, and establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across the Consumer Products sector. They will combine strategic vision with operational excellence to ensure exceptional client outcomes and sustainable business growth.

The role will be focused on shaping and delivering the next-generation Intelligent Supply Chain transformation and presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of the CPG sector. To be successful you will need to have extensive experience of working for a large CPG business in the supply chain area and ideally a background in consulting or outsourced service provision.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$200,000-$300,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
