Job Duties- Coordinates activities with Human Resources and Payroll areas.
- Develops management tools and metrics to monitor the performance of physician compensation relative to expected goals.
- Develops processes and tools to ensure a consistent process is followed with respect to setting starting compensation for incoming providers.
- Directs and maintains all practitioner employment arrangements based on JMG standards.
- Directs annual performance evaluation process for physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
- Directs the physician compensation survey process to ensure timely/accurate data for multiple national surveys.
- Directs the workflow and approval process for JMG practitioner employment arrangements.
- Implements processes and standards for practitioner compensation budgeting for JMG and its subsidiary medical groups.
- Provides survey results analysis/recommendations to JMG leadership on wRVU targets and market adjustment recommendations on an annual basis.
- Researches and identifies opportunities to enhance revenue with solid compensation policies and plans.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare, finance or information technology/ computer science or
- Master’s Degree in business administration, healthcare, finance or information technology/ computer science.
- 10 years of experience in management and
- 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a large medical group.
- Knowledge of patient billing systems and terminology.
Additional QualificationsPhysical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
