Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR for the
Revelyst Golf Technology (RGT) Platform. This leader will play a central role in shaping organizational structure, talent strategy, and resourcing models in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong voice in organizational design, talent mapping, and workforce planning-particularly across software engineering and technical functions, including blended workforce models that leverage both W-2 employees and contractors. This person thrives in a startup-like setting, moves with urgency, and thinks creatively about scaling teams and capability.
This position is based in Carlsbad, reporting directly to the
Chief Human Resources Officer and serves as a key partner to the
President of RGT. As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will have an opportunity to: Organizational Design, Talent Mapping & Resourcing (Top Priority)- Lead organizational design for a rapidly scaling, constantly evolving platform.
- Build and maintain talent maps for critical roles, succession pipelines, and organizational capabilities.
- Design resourcing strategies across full-time, W2, and contractor talent-especially in software engineering and technical functions.
- Partner with leadership to define future-state org structures that support growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
- Assess team capability, role clarity, spans and layers, and structural opportunities to support scalability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with a strong, assertive point of view on org design and talent decisions.
Strategic HR Partnership & Workforce Planning- Act as the primary HR business partner to the RGT President and leadership team.
- Forecast hiring needs, manage the headcount cost envelope, and guide resource deployment.
- Provide insights from HR Dashboards and People Analytics-including attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce trends.
- Partner with Compensation on job analyses, market benchmarking, and job architecture alignment.
- Talent Strategy, Performance & Leadership Development
- Guide performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation cycles.
- Partner with leaders on succession planning, leadership capability, and development needs across the platform.
- Influence talent decisions through data-driven insights, market knowledge, and organizational understanding.
Employee Experience & Cultural Leadership- Champion a digital-first, self-serve HR environment to increase speed, transparency, and enablement.
- Oversee a high-quality onboarding experience that is efficient, engaging, and "radically hospitable."

Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards & HR Operations- Support recruiting through partnership on role definition, candidate assessment, and hiring processes.
- Collaborate with Benefits and Compensation to drive equitable, competitive, and consistent total rewards practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance.
- Monitor and report HR metrics (turnover, engagement, attendance, productivity) to support business planning.
Cross-Functional HR Leadership- Collaborate closely with People Operations, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Lead or participate in high-priority HR initiatives that advance platform and enterprise objectives.
- Leverage HR systems and data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You have:- 12+ years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or HR generalist leadership), supporting dynamic, fast-moving businesses.
- Experience supporting software engineering organizations, including resourcing models leveraging W2 and contractor workforces.
- Ability to operate in a startup-like, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and current HR best practices.
- Strong organizational design capability with proven experience shaping team structures and talent maps.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and build trust at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data to drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of digital HR platforms, employee self-service tools, and modern HR systems.
- Experience in performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and total rewards partnership.

Pay Range:Annual Salary: $240,000.00 - $260,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
