JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the Home Lending Servicing Financial Analysis team and help leaders make decisions that improve profitability. You’ll lead a team that partners across the business to deliver clear performance insights, strengthen planning, and drive disciplined execution across expense and headcount.

 

As a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Vice President in Home Lending Servicing Financial Analysis, you will lead a team responsible for financial and strategic analysis, management reporting, and expense and headcount planning. You will advise the CFO and servicing leadership by translating data into actionable insights on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. You’ll also improve processes and data quality to increase the efficiency and impact of reporting and decision support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead annual and ongoing planning for assigned areas, including expense and headcount budgeting and forecasting
  • Drive headcount capacity planning by identifying productivity opportunities, improving model accuracy, and partnering closely with operations
  • Proactively analyze financial performance drivers and provide actionable insights
  • Develop financial business cases for new initiatives and investments
  • Oversee month-end financial reviews, tracking and reporting key performance metrics and communicating results
  • Identify process efficiencies within the team and operations, improve data quality, and increase reporting effectiveness
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, communicating and presenting to various levels of stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a global team by providing coaching, feedback, and strategic guidance
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • 7+ years of relevant financial services experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency presenting to senior and global business heads
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, project management, and organizational skills
  • Experience leading global teams and building strong relationships across a broad range of functions
